Tysys (Pty) Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Quartile Capital Holdings (Pty) Ltd, a 100% black-owned, controlled and managed niche Financial Services and Investment Group. We first established our SMME and Lending Business in 2014.

We are an Approved Credit Provider licensed with the National Credit Regulator (license number NCRNCP 7724)

We are also an active participant in implementing development in support of the South African government’s B-BBEE policy. This program seeks to address the schism in the economic opportunities available to the previously disadvantaged citizens of the country.

We have positioned ourselves to work with established companies led by entrepreneurs with the right attitude, hunger and passion to make their business work. Our role is to support theem through access to finance, access to markets, access to non-financial support, access to formal and informal training/learning for them to achieve business growth through a customised implementation plan.

The company is led by a capable team with a collective SMME Development and Finance experience exceeding 30 years. We internally outsource the management of funds to our sister company, Quartile Capital (Pty) Ltd, an FSCA-licensed Category II company authorised to manage funds.
